1 month ago I'll have a shot at this. I might link the holopara to the mind instead of the mob. (According to a discussion in the Discord, the bug is caused by the /human mob beind deleted and replaced with a gorilla when the host gorillafies.)

Issue Description
I as a holopara I was outside of my master as they transformed into a rampaging gorilla, when they transformed, I tried to return to them, but it sent me into THE VOID which was a just a black screen where I could only see my abilities.
What did you expect to happen?
I expected to return to the rampaging gorilla as they were my master.
What happened instead?
I got sent to the void where I had to get admin help to get sent back
Why is this bad/What are the consequences?
getting sent to the void instead of returning to the master breaks the game and is bad, as for it prevents the holopara from helping their master.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
have a master with the raging gorilla biochip, be manifested as the master transforms --> attempt to return to master --> arrive at void.
When did the problem start happening?
I don't know if this has ever happened to really anyone else and is the first time I have experienced this. So as far as i know this could have existed all the way back to when geneticists first got their gorilla implant.
