paradox mg5050,Panel ID, PC password and installer #133

Hi there, Need assistance with my paradox alarm system, the installer locked the panels and we have no way to unlock it, any tutorials or guides that can help us unlock the boards?

Panels can be reset and they have a button for it. They will lose all configurations, and locks. Please check the manual. Because this is not related with PAI, I will close the issue.

I have already reset with buttons. But this is somehow locked through babyware software, i have 5 sites locked out? Have tried all reset methods on the manual still not working. If you could please help
