Describe the bug

Zone tamper trouble not reset in MQTT

To Reproduce

1) physically disconnect a tamper-enabled zone from the panel MQTT state changes to paradox/states/zones/<zone>/zone_tamper_trouble = True

2) physically reconnect the zone to the panel MQTT state doesn't change back to paradox/states/zones/<zone>/zone_tamper_trouble = False

Please note that I've also enabled Pushover notifications and tamper is handled correctly.
