[ ] Add decisions (valid in 3rd to 6th century) to make Barbarian kings decide to conquer the Western world accordingly (without the fall of Rome, the rise of Christianity and the Romano-Barbaric kingdoms, Western Europe would have been in perennial stasis, Eastern Europe nothing more than some free land for Huns and Arabs). Decision are to kings of said culture who then get claim on every county in the supposed area
[ ] Ditto, but for Slavic migrations into the Balkans (valid 6th to 8th century)
[ ] Revise and flesh out common/flavorization (that is, title holder's titles like King or Shahanshah)
[ ] Add new governments: Barbaric (European "feudal" before Charlemagne) and Autocratic (I:R feudalism)
[ ] Edit "Adopt Feudal Ways" and "Adopt Clan [=Iqta] Ways" to make room for the new governments
[ ] Add "high culture" scripted triggers (based on Spengler's civilizations tables), as they will help make events that make history flow in a realistic way without force railroading
[ ] See how feasible it would be to mod in the Roman system of adoption
[ ] Add Rise of Christianity event(s), decide Christian branch to adopt based on high-culture (Faustian [=Western Europe] characters will more likely convert to Catholicism, Levantine [=Byzantines + Arab world] to Orthodoxy, etc.)
[ ] Add event to make whatever is the greatest Empire in Western Europe at conversion to go forth and conquer all of the Roman world
[ ] Spawn Ardashir I Sassanid to conquer/create a Persian Empire in 220s
[ ] Add crisis events/modifiers for "Roman" rule over Western Europe (3rd century valid)
[ ] Add event about moving the Empire to Constantinople (4th century valid) and subsequently change title to Byzantine Empire; arbitrarily give the "Western" half to whoever holds the county of Rome.
[ ] Add event about Council of Nicaea (May 325 AD)
[ ] Spawn Huns and Hephthalites in 5th century; make Hephthalites start conquering India in 6th century, breaking down the Indian Empire
[ ] Add events about Belisarius reconquests (550s)
[ ] Spawn Göktürks and Avars (560s); make Avars conquer Hungary, make Göktürks conquer Hephthalite Central Asia, destroy Hephthalite Empire
[ ] Spawn the Papal State in Rome (early 7th century), reference the Donation of Constantine
[ ] Add spawn of Islam (622), make the Caliphate have claim all over the Levantine world that is not part of the Byzantine Empire, plus a claim on Persian Empire.
[ ] Spawn Bulgarian Khaganate and Khazars (mid 7th century); make Bulgarians slowly migrate into Bulgaria (early 9th century)
[ ] Spawn Wu China in early 8th century
[ ] Have the Caliphate conquer most of Spain in 8th century
[ ] Make rulers of Rhineland (most probably Franks) have the ambition to conquer Italy and Germany in late 8th century, make them form the HRE as soon as they manage to do it
[ ] Spawn the Kievan Rus in 850s
[ ] Make the Romans prefer clean shaven looks
