Def_name.txt:

Hoi4 result:

[tag]_[ideology]: "[Name]" # e.g. United States
[tag]_[ideology]_DEF: "[Article][Name]" # e.g. The United States

CK3 result:

[t_itle]: "[Name]" # e.g. Roman Empire
[t_itle]_article: "[Article]" # The, with space

In Vic2, only English locs should gain articles.

As a note, in CK3, for categories that are not listed, the output will be [t_itle]_article: ""
