DoD Fan Fork game fails to convert #1592

Hello,

I wanted to convert my DoD Fan Fork game to HoI, except the converter fails to do that and it looks like that there is some weird overflow error

We don't have province mappings for DoD, so it's not supported. If you're interested in generating them, I can point you at our tool and give you instructions.
