Add languageReplacementsBis.txt, working the same as languageReplacements.txt but with tag names instead of countries.
Then scripted_localisation files need to be output, in the same fashion as they are for languageReplacements.txt, but for the following categories (first word is the "name" section of a defined_text, second is an example localization_key, the rest of the scripted locs is output the same as it is for adjectives):
