Redesign Codebase - Plugins MenuStructure

Plugins should return MenuStructures...  
(as Lists of BMenu or so)
If the Main Menu Entry is already there it will be added on active to the 
Window 
It will be removed if the Editor is set inactive (eg. if the Tab is switched on 
visible Editors)
Plugins shouldt not need to acces the BWindow or so
only interaction should be sending Messages to the PDocument.
