Flickering colour palette window steals focus #16

This is ProjectConceptor-0.0.6-33-x86_gcc2.hpkg under Haiku hrev46914.

After opening and closing the colour palette window, every mouse click has the 
palette window flicker into existence for a milisecond. This also grabs the 
focus, so one cannot change to another window before closing ProjectConceptor.

This should be fixed with rev 50 - Need some research if the solution is usable.
