Loading Groups crashes - i guess its an error with the indexer #27

This was not solved yet :(. As it looks its two issues. The list of the GroupNode is not indexed and stored correctly. Also the Node::Parent seems not to be restored correctly. This could be a issue of the Indexer or / and of the GraphEditor.
