Bug in mobile version #817

The new layout has a bug for mobile versions (confirmed at least with iOS): the menu/burger button in the upper right does not work. Thanks @lisawim for reporting.

@maierj could you please have a look? Note: it works for the JLESC website.

@pancetta There were some JS errors and a missing JS-Library. Will be fixed by https://github.com/Parallel-in-Time/parallel-in-time.github.io/pull/822
