impl : delete s3 only data #50

Usage

  1. Login with develop auth.
  2. go to dev page then click "저장소, DB차이 확인" button
  3. open crome dev tool (f12 key for most browser) to see logs that show the difference between S3 server and DB.
  4. Click red button to delete S3 Only models.
