[Question | Feature Request] Godrays / Light shaft interaction with the environment / player #18

Probably out of scope for this mod but would a godrays system work out for GTAIV? Max Payne 3, RDR1, RDR2 and GTAV all use it heavily and it is a very nice effect. I specifically mean the sun and moon casting rays.
