No ''install'' option for windows #29

As a user I want to create Windows VM on parallels extension. The extension does not provide install button when windows is selected.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open VS code parallels Desktop extension
  2. Click + button to create VM
  3. Select windows

Expected behavior User should be provided with an install button to launch the installation
