Found a solution Solder briges need to removed and added to on both STLINK and NUCLEO BOARD SB 62 and 63 ON ( Nucleo) SB 13 and 14 OFF ( STLINK ) WhatsApp Image 2019-12-06 at 5 31 50 PM
