tsv/csv report reduce number of files #4

Need in the archive:

summary file, 2) file that shows errors, 3) file with full report (errors + confirmation that record was indexed properly), 4) name report So I think this means: Keep review-note.tsv, review-summary.tsv, interactions.tsv, names.tsv in the archive

remove review-info.tsv, review-full.tsv from the archive for now.
