add play/pause and fullscreen icons to player skin
add some paratii color to tracking bar
remove gulp build system (as it was causing webpack issue) and replace w/ webpack/webpack-dev-server
TEMPORARY: in this branch, I have removed the IPFS video and replaced w/ a static video as IPFS was causing huge performance problems while developing (that is partially why this diff is so friggin huge)
What needs to be done
[ ] re-skin volume button
[ ] add prev/next buttons
[x] entirely remove the default media_controls stylesheet, and clean up our overrides (77355c6, 9152fed, 0788393, d49b990, 9800087, 5245de6, d0748b0)
[ ] use correct font(s)
[ ] clean up our html template for the controls
[x] fix bug where play/pause button does not toggle correctly when video is paused by clicking on the container (d0afc8e)
Bugs
click full-screen button, then press space in full-screen mode. Note that full-screen mode it exited
