Implement user icon and wallet #49

@pedrocasa we have such icon and wallet designed here https://github.com/Paratii-Video/paratii-mediaplayer/issues/22#issuecomment-358061140 . Are these valid / can @bent0b0x follow on w/ them? Can you port them to the UI kit https://github.com/Paratii-Video/paratii-mediaplayer/issues/32, since they're not there on the top of the video play screen?

Also, worth noting next/previus video buttons and all scrolling options will be out of this version. The same for the "watch later" option. Agreed @bent0b0x?
