Feat/screenshots while transcoding #191

This allows the uploader to choose which screenshot to use for the video.

Hey @ya7ya , many thanks as always.

Two things:

  1. If you develop in our repo instead of in yr fork, you get CI for free (and I don't have to download yr repo separately to run the tests)
  2. And you would have noticed this: https://circleci.com/gh/Paratii-Video/paratii-player/908 (this is after merging the latest dev into yr branch)

Hey @jellegerbrandy , these are very valid points 👍 , I'll start working in separate branches within the paratii-player repo instead of my fork then. Thanks for the tips 👏
