Use blocknumber as the basis for showing upload/edit dates

We need to define some date for videos collection, there are some limitations?

So, videos will be registered on the blockchain - and we know, in any case, the blocknumber (which gives us a rough range) + the nonce of the transaction the block (i.e. if two vids were uploaded in the same block, we know who came first)

Given that the time is not really precise (and also given the fact taht it is not so important to have "full" precision here) I'd say:

• upload time (and edited time) is defined by the blocknumber.
• We can read the time fo the block from the blockchain, and show it with the precision of the minute (I mean: we show the "14 minutes past 8" as "8:14", without the seconds, which are meaninless
