This also comes with updates to hlsjs-ipfs-loader that optimizes fetching fragments and caching efficiently for a much improved performance in very slow connections (like mine 😸 🐢 🐎 )

Ok, this is cool. Merging this.

Just want to note (for the near future) that we should separate the "test fixture" (which should be just as short as it can be) from the "real content fixture(s)" (which should probably not even be in this repo)
