Add option to see recovery key on "settings"

This should be done after https://github.com/Paratii-Video/paratii-portal/issues/697

We need a way to show the recovery key one more time for our users. I created this design to make this possible.

1- User clicks on Recovery key. 2- User inserts his password (according to his device). 3- User Sees the Recovery Key.

Ok, what we need to to here is this:

• When creating the wallet for the first time, we save the 12 words, ENCRYPTED with the password, in localstorage
• We can then read the wallet from localstorage when the user provides the password
• For already existing wallets, this functionality will not be available.

Why can't we encrypt with the password again in local storage when the user login?

For existing wallets we have not saved the keyphrase anywhere, so it is simply not available.
