Most of the designs have the Flag-count feature that's not implemented yet.

We can write them as likes/dislikes in https://github.com/Paratii-Video/paratii-js/blob/dev/src/paratii.core.vids.js#L70, or just pass them "dumbly" to the DB, at this stage. Purpose is solely to serve as evidence that there should be eyes on that.

Flags in our case serve as a visual evidence for the user that wants to curate be aware that this video can contain some irregularity.

It's also a way for the users that don't want to spend their money with curation say " Hey curators! there's something wrong with this video"
