This is a work in progress. the plan is to add a route to the portal like so

https://lab.paratii.video/lp/0xETH_ADDRESS_OF_LP_BROADCASTER

and be able to watch the livestream. this is dependant on this PR so don't merge till that is finalized and accepted.
