This PR cleans up the formatting across all source files in the repository. To ensure the formatting remains consistent in future contributions and commits, the formatting is now configured by an .editorconfig file.
Note that the file contains mostly IntelliJ IDEA-specific rules, but most (likely) contributors to this repository (and, in all honesty, to the Parchment toolchain) use IntelliJ IDEA anyway.
No other changes were done to the source files outside of the IDEA reformat feature.
