Compass v0.9.0 added support for a migration system using ParchmentJAM, which is an integration application for JarAwareMapping/JAMMER.
This PR updates the Compass version in the repository to v0.9.0, updates Gradle to 8.2.1, and adds the ParchmentJAM dependency to bring the migration system up to function.
Remaining TODO before merging:
[x] Write up documentation (under docs) for operating the migration system. ParchmentMC/Compass#23 contains most the info -- just needs to be written up in a more formal way.
