Blowup when openning the model for the first time #181

I have tried installing the sub-national model v 7.83 numerous times and each time I try opening it I get the error message below

Runtime error '48': Error in loading DLL

This doesn't happen in all machines.

The error message is most likely because of missing/misplaced DAO360.DLL, a Microsoft data library that IFs uses to access MS Access data files. Please look for DAO360.DLL in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\DAO folder (or, elsewhere in your machine via search tool). Once you find it you need to copy it to the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder and the C:\Windows\System32 folder.
