Problem with hover tooltips in vb6 #212

In vb6, if you go to Flex Displays, and select any variable for all countries, Agricultural Demand for example, the graph shows up fine, but if you try to hover over each point to identify what country is it, the title and the left upper corner show the year, value, but not the country name. This works fine if doing a small amount of countries. This issue might be related to the limit that Proessentials has to display labels.

This was a problem in an older version, which we were still seeing because had not compiled the GUI, but evertying is working fine now.
