"Use all available historical data" not working properly for GPI forecasts in IFs Web #244

When checking the IFs web version this morning, I noticed that when I select "use all available historical data," IFs web thinks it has historical data through 2050. Screenshot (596) Screenshot (597) Screenshot (598)

Hi Collin, this table, SeriesRelativePowerGlobalPowerIndex, actually goes all the way to 2050, and this is the behaviour we had in vb6. It's obviosly not historical data, so the option is not accurate, maybe we should talk about blocking years after the current year, or alternatively change the menu legend.
