Rebuild Menu Crashes When Unchecking Bilateral Data #246

When I deselect the checkbox for including bilateral data in the rebuild base menu, I get an error requiring a full reset.

IFs Development Version: Model - 8.04+, GUI - 8.03

My issue was that I had two identical sets of the bilateral data files. One living in "Data" and one living in "Data/Bilateral".
