Failure to install #251

Short Description: Error Changing Scenario Parameter

Date found: 10/13/20

IFs Version: 7.56 .NET Install

Found by: Fizz Buzz

Error Type: Installation failure

Description: After manually enabling IIS, used received "access denied" warning during installation, which failed

Steps to Replicate:

Open Control Panel Open Program and Features Click "Turn Windows features on or off" (Left most panel) This will likely prompt admin approval Enable relevant features Expand "Internet Information Services" Expand "World Wide Web Services" Expand "Application Development Features" Enable all options except CGI Expand "World Wide Web Services" Expand "Common HTTP Features" Enable "Static Content" Expand "Web Management Tools" Enable "IIS Management Console"

Select IFsSetup.exe and run as administrator Click OK when prompted. Attempt to open IFs.

Discussion: This is an issue we're attempting to resolve for our Diplometrics folks, one of whom is attempting to install IFs on their personal computer.

Is it possible to get a screen shot of IIS expanded to see if the installation setup the website properly?
