Relative SSPs -- some forecasts exceeding practical limits #259
In IFs version 8.15, I have noticed that for some relative SSP scenarios (e.g., SSP5Rel), our forecasts exceed practical limits. For example, the urban population as a percent of the total population exceeds 100% for several countries by the end of our forecast horizon.
