Has no ability to add negative values. Someone should allow this and test it.

I noticed that if you added values that were too negative to Modern Fuel category you could get negative values, so I've added a line of code to make them 0 in those cases, this will be included in version 8.19, but I'm not clear if you want me to change the minimum value to allow negatives in ifsVar, potentially min = -100000 before testing it further. I guess the testing is for the fellows or the resource team.
