Grouping/historical data issue in v7.77 found by Mark Meziere on 10/14/21
Comparing three Latin America and Caribbean groups and getting three wildly different results for historical data. UNICEF and UNESCO have the same 30 countries. UNSDG has 31 countries (same 30 as the other groups + Puerto Rico). I created the UNICEF group myself, please refer to the attached transmission file to import this group to recreate error.
