Prepare .csv file for translators

Need to prepare the .pot file to be shared with translators. Tasks include

• [x] ensure all modules / articles are translatable
• [x] move text_2 content to separate columns
• [x] ensure other app strings are translatable
• [x] review .pot file to remove redundant strings
