Face recognition example #2

I am wondering if we can make the face recognition example simple enough to fit in the paper. Something as simple as possible, of course.

One with eigenfaces would enable us to discuss pipeline and unsupervised learning. Besides, face recognition is an application that very much appeals to people.

I am planning to work on the paper this week end. I want to do it real fast, to keep a bound on the time that I spend on it.

Could anyone tackle this issue? It would help me getting the paper done.

Closing this one: I have added an example using economics data that I think is enough.
