Randomize what activities modify what stats. So for example, swimming changes driving skill instead of lung capacity, or getting hungry changes sex appeal and stamina instead of fat and muscle. Whether it's an increase or a decrease can also be random.

List of stats I think should be randomized between. Testing and such obviously required. :P

Extension idea to this - randomize results of vending machines / food stands?
