Nifty GUI audio only plays once with correct volume #425

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set the volume of a SoundHandleJme and play it twice

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
jME3 should in both instances play the audio at the same volume, however the 
2nd time, the audio plays at full volume.
