Add LUA language to Playground #525

Description

Added a new execution engine script to support LUA language, based on the existing Pythong engine.
Call added to the appropriate advanced endpoint script.
Added blocks to Message and Playground vue files for "Add lua block" and reference to a "lua_block.png" file
Note: actual image not included!

Please review, had to do this blind as I'm not a Python/Vue dev and find the structure confusing.
