As discussed in this code review comment, a local settings file should be added. It may include (non-exhaustive):

[ ] EMAIL_HOST
[ ] EMAIL_SUBJECT_PREFIX
[ ] DEFAULT_FROM_EMAIL
[ ] production and staging server urls for the schema generator (currently hardcoded in views.py)
