Links hardcoded to Product: "Create New Project"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. goto Project Tab
2. Click "Create New Project"
3. If in a Sandbox environment you're taking to a NA1 link. Link is coded 
to: https://na1.salesforce.com/a12/e -- which does not work if testing 
functionality from Sandbox

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect this to be a non-environment specific link. Example a link 
to /a12/e

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XP, ProjectForce1.0.3

Please provide any additional information below.

Projectforce v1.2.
