Cannot install package

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Follow Installation wiki instructions through step #10

What is the expected output? 
Step 11 of the Installation.

What do you see instead?
Screen shot attached. Says "This package is not yet available. Please try
again later or contact the package owner."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Enterprise/Platform on Mac 10.6.2

Please provide any additional information below.

Am not sure we your having this problem with the install. But lately we have 
had many
complaints from customers trying to install ProjectForce on updated org's with 
Spring
'10 release upgrades. The new Salesforce has affected our current package we our
working on it and hope to have everything fixed by the start of march and have 
a  new
release available to all.

As an open source community, input from users such as yourself is invaluable 
and we
invite you to continue to do so.
