Intercept STaaS MTM Orders - alert to STaaS Project Office when STaaS order is placed #3

Need way to intercept pseudo MTM orders and provide order information to a project office for processing.

Bob Moon - identify machine type / model combinations for non-shipping, HW based pseudo machine type. STaaS will have a revenue- recovery MTM that collects capital from customers but not directly tied to mfg order.

Checking into if the robot that @Julia setup can help to automate this process - Julia Mestre (Brazil) setup a robot to intercept the orders for new support tiers on the FS boxes. Can we leverage this for STaaS?
