bwa, faidx command not found. #2

while indexing ChocoPhlAn for BWA and DIAMOND got bwa command not found. and similar for faidx command not found. How to solve this issue. please help

you're not actually supposed to be running your data through the tutorial. Use the main pipeline instead.
