kaijuReport is removed from the latest kaiju #12

I was running the pipeline and found kaijuReport was actually removed from the latest kaiju version. But I couldnot find the replace command to do the kaijuReport.

I think kaiju2table does the same thing? (I just found it after realizing kaijuReport was missing)
