bwtsw missed param in Step 9

Hi there,

I realized that there is a bwtsw param missed during Step 9 in command bwa index -a microbial_all_cds.fasta

I got the following error [bwa_index] unknown algorithm: 'microbial_all_cds.fasta'.

I tried bwa index -a bwtsw microbial_all_cds.fasta and it worked
