Investigate Using SurrealDB As the Preferred Database Backend #2

SurrealDB seems to have awesome usability, can be embedded into an application or deployed as a server, and has an easy syntax.

It may suffer from performance limitations though. Investigation is needed to determine whether or not performance is adequate for our needs.

Investigation has concluded. I believe SurrealDB is the most superior option to alternatives, and will be integrating it after basic web routing is set up.
