Laravel has a very clear layout:

Database
Http
Models
Providers
etc

Parrhesia needs its own idiomatic layout that provides all features a project could use. They should be well-organized too. Parrhesia's features should include:

Rest API, accessible by requests or websocket
RPC?
Database management / version control
Endpoint to serve the actual pages
