.gitignore not being honored, SQLite database db.sqlite available on GitHub #13

The SQLite database is publicly available here. It probably wasn't removed from git cache before committing .gitignore.

the sqlite database does not contain sensible data and it is meant to be public

anyways we no longer use it since ages and it can be removed
