Description

With this PR, we're renaming Excerpt Generator to Excerpt Suggestions wherever it's mentioned in our comments.

Motivation and context

Move from the Excerpt Generator towards the Excerpt Suggestions name, akin to Title Suggestions.

How has this been tested?

No functionality changes. Only comment code has been updated.
